Early Stages
Following the identification of a practice that has a need for new or expanded premises, we will seek a complete understanding of the practice requirements and make a presentation to explain what we can offer. Finances, timescales and the whole design process (including fit out) will be reviewed with the practice and the availability of suitable sites explored. Alternatively, existing premises might be refurbished or extended. In this case we will be pleased to discuss sale and leaseback arrangements and the consequent freeing up of partnership capital.

Site Locating
With a detailed brief assembled, we will discuss the project with the local Primary Care Trust and where appropriate undertake a site finding exercise. The local Planning Authority will be consulted at all key stages.

Design Stage
Once a suitable site has been identified we prepare detailed plans including internal layouts and apply for planning permission. In consultation with the practice, the PCT or LHB the design (under NHS guidelines) is progressed in fine detail and full room layouts showing fixtures and fittings provided.

Construction Stage
Our team of highly experienced Project Managers and Contractors will take the designs to site and see them through to completion. Throughout the construction and fit out phase the practice members will be involved at each key stage.

Handover
On practical completion we deliver the building and will assist the practice throughout the moving process and we will provide support on handover and  future operations and maintenance.
